Obituary

June E. Rusnak of Hermitage passed away Thursday morning, April 19, 2018, in her home. She was 75.

Mrs. Rusnak was born June 4, 1942, in Sharon, a daughter of Joseph and Helen (Matanin) Fabian. She was a 1960 graduate of Farrell High School. June was proud to receive piano lessons from Sister Marie Claire at St. Joseph's School for many years. She won four superior ratings for playing piano from the National Federation Festivals. She was a homemaker; and in the 1960's June worked at Daffin's Candies and later at Golden Dawn Foods, both in Sharon, where she met her husband.

Her husband, Raymond W. Rusnak, whom she married on October 2, 1965, passed away February 7, 1997.

Surviving is a daughter, Elaine Bowers; a granddaughter, Halaina Bowers; and a brother, James Fabian and his wife Julia Kay, all of Hermitage.

In addition to her husband, June was preceded in death by her parents, and an infant granddaughter, Alysun Marie Bowers.

Calling hours will be 3p.m. until the time of the service Monday (04/23/2018) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 East State St., Sharon .

Funeral service will be 6 p.m. Monday, in the funeral home.

Interment: America's Cemetery, Hermitage.
