Judith E. Mandel, 85, of Sharon, passed away at 8:05 a.m. Thursday, September 13, 2018, in her home.

Mrs. Mandel was born April 22, 1933, in Sharon, a daughter of Gilbert "Bud" and Kathleen (Eckles) Snyderwine. She attended St. Joseph's Parochial Grade School and graduated from Sharon High School in 1951.

Judith was of Catholic Faith. She was employed for 26 years at Daffin's Candies, Sharon, and retired in 2017. Earlier in her life she was an in home nurse around the Shenango Valley.

Judith's greatest joy came from her family. She cherished her time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed doing word searches.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Williams and her husband John, Sharon; and Mary Beth Kustelega, Masury, OH; a sister, Noreen Hofius and her husband Paul, Missouri; six grandchildren, Michael Bolton, Shawn and Michael Diana, Cory Campman, and Patrick and Megan Williams; four great grandchildren, Chance Bolton, Giavana Campman, Max Bolton and Izzabella Campman; and her adopted dog, Yuke.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Jack Mulrow and Irwin Mandel; a sister, Alice Snyderwine; and a great grandson, Ezekiel Bolton.

Judith's family would like to thank the staff of Sharon Regional Hospice.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Sharon Regional Health System Home Health and Hospice, 1955 Shenango Valley Fwy, Hermitage, PA 16148.

Calling hours will be 1 p.m. until the time of the service Tuesday (09/18/2018) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 East State St., Sharon.

Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Rev. Stacie Pitts, chaplain of Sharon Regional Hospice, officiating.

Interment: St. Michael's Cemetery, Greenville.
