Judith A. Frank, 85, of New Castle, passed away peacefully with family at her side early Sunday morning, September 29, 2024, in her home.

Mrs. Frank was born December 3, 1938, in New Castle, a daughter of the late Emilio and Margaret (Kolesar) Pacelli, and graduated from Ne-Ca-Hi with the "Chicks of '56."

Judy was primarily a homemaker and dedicated her life to caring for her family and their home. An exceptional cook and baker, she was a devoted Pittsburgh Pirates fan and also enjoyed watching the Steelers. The greatest joy of Judy's life was being "MeMe" to her seven grandchildren and great-granddaughter.

Judy was a member of Holy Spirit Parish – St. Camillus Church.

Her husband of 59 years, Samuel L. Frank, whom she married July 6, 1958, preceded her in death March 1, 2018.

Judy is survived by a son, Brian Frank (Cathy), of Neshannock Twp., and Doug Frank, Mentor, OH; Lori DeMatteo (fiancé, Michael), of Neshannock Twp.; three brothers, Robert Pacelli (Mary Ann), of Punta Gorda, FL, Gregory Pacelli (Sis), of New Castle, and Randy Pacelli (Annie), of Punta Gorda, FL; seven grandchildren, Kristin Curry (Rick), Marissa DeMatteo (fiancé, Patrick), Ryan Frank, Ashley Frank, Madison DeMatteo, Andrew Frank, and Matthew Frank; and one great-granddaughter, Olivia Curry.

In addition to her parents and husband, Judy was preceded in death by a sister, Maureen Ross; and a daughter-in-law, Janice Frank.

In keeping with her wishes, calling hours will be held privately.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday (10-4-24) in Holy Spirit Parish – St. Mary's Church, 124 N. Beaver St., New Castle, with Rev. Aaron Kriss, as celebrant.

Interment: St. Joseph Cemetery, Neshannock Twp.
