Joseph J. Rossi, Jr.

Joseph J. Rossi, Jr., 76, of Wheatland, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2026, in his home.

Mr. Rossi was born on May 24, 1950, in Sharon, a son of the late Joseph J. Rossi, Sr. and Theresa M. (Cristelli) Rossi, and graduated from Farrell High School in 1968.

For many years, Joe worked as a chef for several local restaurants.

Joe was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Farrell.

A social person, he enjoyed spending time with people and sharing a laugh.

Joe is survived by his sister, Frances M. Rice, of Sharpsville; his brother, Anthony C. Rossi, of Rockville, MD; a niece, Jennifer Rossi; and two nephews, Vernon “Eddie” Fry and Jonathan Rossi.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by a sister, Rosemary Fry; a brother, Gene Rossi; and two brothers-in-law, Ed Fry and David A. Rice.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no public service, and he will be buried with his parents in St. Anthony Cemetery, Hermitage.
