John Pete Benavidez, Jr., 58, of Sharon, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Mr. Benavidez was born on June 19, 1967, in Denver, CO.
John worked as a home health aide for many years. He was also employed at McDonald's, Sharon.
He was a member of Grace Chapel Community Church, Hermitage.
John enjoyed playing video games, listening to various genres of music, spending time with his friends, and playing with his cats, including Nikki, Sophie, Patty, Caliann, Simba, Gizmo, Pumpkin, Junior, Bubbacat, Bailey, Star, and Ripper.
John is survived by his fiancé of seven years, Stacy Cook.
