Jennie E. Baudile Bart, formerly of New Castle Ave., Sharon, went to be with her Lord and Savior at 1:35 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2015, in St. John XXIII Home, Hermitage. She was 91. Jennie was born November 25, 1923, in Youngstown, Ohio, the eldest daughter of Larry and Josephine Tisone Baudile. She attended Schools in Youngstown and was a 1942 graduate of Rayen High School. On June 24, 1944 she married Nick Bart who passed away on November 8, 1996, after 52 years of marriage. Through the years Jennie was not only an outstanding homemaker but also enjoyed bowling, sketching, cooking great meals, listening to the tunes of Dean Martin, and dancing. She was a warm, generous, and welcoming woman whose role as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, friend, and neighbor, had a positive effect on the many lives she touched. Living the Golden Rule came naturally to Jennie. Last, but not least, we can never forget in her younger days how she and Nick dazzled the onlookers as they danced the night away - especially doing the "jitter-bug"! She will be dearly missed by all. In addition to her husband and her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Karen "Tina" Hunter; her grandson Bernard Lucas, Jr.; three sisters, Virginia Terchila, Margaret "Dolly" Lattanzi, and Nancy Ponzio; and one brother, Dominic Baudile. Survivors include one daughter, Sandra E. Lucas (Bernard) of Erie, Pa.; two sons, Robert C. Bart (Sharon) of New Castle and Nick L. Bart (Maureen), of West Bloomfield, MI; two sisters, Helen Latronica and Betty DelBene (Patsy), both from Youngstown; grandchildren: Kenneth Hunter, Darren Hunter, Jason Hunter (Stephanie), and Matthew Hunter; Joshua Lucas (Noi), Sara Lucas Mellinger (Dan); Nicole Bart Bartosh (Nick), Travis Bart (Julie); 3 step-grandsons, Eric Peebles (Tabetha), Sean Peebles (Susan), and Andrew Davis; 4 great grandchildren, Will Hunter, Evan Mellinger, Aiden Mellinger, and Avery Bartosh; 11 step great grandchildren; 2 step great-great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Theresa Baudile, Youngstown, Ohio; as well as several nieces and nephews. Jennie's family wishes to acknowledge the compassionate care provided to Jennie by the staff at Juniper Village, and more recently, by the wonderful staff at John XXIII. The family is also very grateful for the many visitations by her grandson Kenny John Hunter and her niece Janice Borton. Calling hours will be from 2 p.m. until the time of service on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon. Services: Funeral service will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Interment: Oakwood Cemetery, Hermitage.
