Jenine C. "Jenny" Simons, Warren, Ohio, formerly of Sharpsville, passed away at 6:10 p.m. Sunday (3-6-16) in the Cleveland Clinic following an extended illness. She was 42.

Jenny was born February 1, 1974 in Farrell, Pa., one of three daughters born to Joseph J. and Martha L. Swartz Simons. She was a 1992 graduate of Sharpsville High School.

She worked in her earlier years for Ken's Car Wash in Sharpsville and later for several local restaurants throughout the area.

She is survived by her mother, Martha Simons South Pymatuning Twp., her fiancé "Vinny" Koporc, with whom she made her home, two sisters, Leah R. Brooks, of South Pymatuning Twp.,  and her fiancé Mark Merritt, and Amy J. Simons, Sharpsville, and several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, and both her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Calling hours: 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday (3-9-16) in the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. 1090 E. State St. Sharon.

Services: A memorial service will begin at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday (3-9-16) in the funeral home with Rev. Carol Missik, officiating.
