Jeffry Slick Alan "Lucky Charms" Hoffman, 40, of Hermitage passed away unexpectedly Sunday evening, June 30, 2024, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Jeff was born August 10, 1983, in Sharon, a son of Ralph and Sheri (Rossi) Hoffman. He was a 2001 graduate of Hickory High School in Hermitage where he excelled as a member of the Boys Varsity Wrestling team.

Jeff has worked as a millwright at NLMK in Farrell for the last eight years. He was also a member of U.S.W. District 10, Local 1016 in Farrell.

A black belt in Taekwondo, Jeff loved to ride his Harley Davidson and enjoyed volunteering as a coach for his son's youth baseball team. He also enjoyed cooking and grilling large meals for friends and family.

Jeff was a dedicated husband and exceptional father who lovingly put their needs first, without exception.

His beloved wife, Cassandra (Colich) Hoffman, whom he married August 18, 2018, survives at their home in Hermitage.

Jeff is also survived by three sons, Mason, Easton, and Gavyn; his mother, Sheri Durst (fiancé, Dave McClinton), Hermitage; his father, Ralph Hoffman, Sharon; his father and mother-in-law, David and Dawn Colich, Farrell; six brothers, Christopher (Jerico), Dustin (Megan), and Marcus Hoffman, and Garret, Landon, and Slade Hoffman; two sisters, Natasha Holmes (Bruce) and Candice Delgros; and a host of nieces and nephews that he truly adored.

A funeral service will be held immediately following at 3 p.m. Friday, in the funeral home, with Rev. Randy Emmorey, officiating.
