IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jean
Petrucci
May 8, 1938 – August 4, 2024
Jean Petrucci, 86, of Hermitage, passed away peacefully surrounded by her cherished family, on Sunday, August 4, 2024, in UPMC Jameson Hospital, New Castle.
Born May 8, 1938, to Floyd Agostino, Sr. and Sue (Spano), she was a 1955 graduate of Farrell High School.
Jean married the love of her life, Frank Petrucci, Jr. on May 16, 1959. They recently celebrated 65 years together.
Jean was a lifelong member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, West Middlesex.
Soon after graduation, she began a career in healthcare that spanned 56 years. The position that gave her the most satisfaction was working with her son and daughter-in-law at his medical practice for many years.
She was a lover of music and art and enjoyed playing the piano and painting pictures in her little studio at home. Her family is what gave her the most joy in life, especially her grand and great-grandchildren. Among her most cherished memories were her Disney vacations with them.
Christmas was her favorite time of all, and to her family, she was Christmas.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Petrucci; her son, Dr. Dean Petrucci and his wife Leah; her daughter, Lori Marley and her husband Tim; two granddaughters, Jennifer Nixon and her husband Steve, and Megan Marley; two grandsons, Jacob Petrucci, and Nick Marley and his wife Ashley; and four great-grandchildren, Jade Mixon, Alexander and Andrew Marley, and Anastasia Hawkins. Also surviving is a brother, Floyd Agostino, Jr.; and two nieces, Michelle Barbir and her husband Lou, and Gina Lancia and her husband Mike.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents.
