Janice T. Anzenberger

Janice T. Anzenberger, 62, of East Lackawannock Twp., passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in her home.

Ms. Anzenberger was born on April 11, 1964, in Sharon, a daughter of the late Frank and Mildred (Weber) Anzenberger. She was a 1982 graduate of Sharon High School and attended the former Sharon Regional School of Nursing.

Jan worked for more than 35 years as a registered nurse at Sharon Regional Medical Center, retiring as the charge nurse of 6-West.

She enjoyed playing cards with her family and Trivial Pursuit. In her younger years, she liked going camping. Additionally, Jan looked forward to going to Rivers Casino and spending time with her cats.

She is survived by two sisters, Margaret “Peggy” Ellis, of McCandless, PA, and Karen Tatta (Eugene), of Hermitage; a brother, Michael Anzenberger (Beth Crow), of Moon Twp.; a sister-in-law, Holly Anzenberger, of Sheffield Lake, OH; nine nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Mark Anzenberger.

The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Prince of Peace, 502 Darr Ave., Farrell, PA 16121.

In keeping with Jan’s wishes, there are no services. 

Interment: St. Rose Cemetery, Hermitage.
