James R. Anderson of 329 Brooklyn St. Sharon, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 7:45 p.m. in Sharon Regional Health Systems with his family by his side. He was 49.

Mr. Anderson was born in Sharon,PA on July 3, 1961, a son of Oscar and Mary Williams Anderson.

He was a graduate of Hermitage High School. James went on to receive an Associate's Degree from New Castle School of Trade in the electrical field.

Mr. Anderson was formerly employed at the IBEW Local 712 as a Journeyman.

James enjoyed setting up his booth at flea markets and auctions. He also loved to play bingo. Earlier in life James enjoyed bowling on the Thornton Hall Bowling League and woodworking. Most of all, James was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by, his wife, Christy McGhee Anderson, whom he married July 28, 1997; a son, Michael and his wife Nicole Anderson of Sharon, PA; 3 daughters, Samantha, Jolynn, and Rhian Anderson all at home; 3 sisters, Mary and Sherry Anderson both of Sharpsville, and Jenny Warrington of Sharon; a grandchild, Kaleb Anderson.

Besides his parents, James was preceded in death by a brother, Eli Anderson.

Calling Hours will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2010 in the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 1090 E. State St. Sharon, PA 16146.

A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2010 with Rev. C. Charles Eckles pastor of I.H.S. Ministries, Hermitage.

Internment will be in Westside Cemetery.
