James Richard Morton, 244 Emerson Ave., Farrell, PA passed away unexpectedly at 4:46 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2008, in his home. He was 29.
Mr. Morton was born July 28, 1979 in Sharon a son of Larry E. and Karen L. Wright Morton.
He attended W. Middlesex High School and was formerly employed in the maintenance department of A & M Specialty, Wheatland.
Earlier in his life, Jim enjoyed hunting and playing football and was an avid Cleveland Browns and Cavalier fan. He also was a good artist who enjoyed drawing, camping and spending time with his sons.
Surviving are: his father at home; two sons, Nathaniel William and Christopher James Morton, both W. Middlesex; his companion, Heather Wisnowski, at home; two sisters, Casey Rose Morton, at home; and Michelle Dee Ramsey, Wheatland; a grandfather, Richard Morton, Hermitage; a grandmother, Clara Jean Wright, Mercer; and uncle's, aunt's, nieces and cousins.
Jim was preceded in death by his mother, a grandmother, Rose Mary Morton; and a grandfather, James Wright.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday (1-11-09) at 2:30 p.m. in the Wheatland Fire Hall. Family will receive friends at the fire hall from 2:00 until the time of the service.
