Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday for James M. Butler of Sharpsville, who passed away unexpectedly of natural causes Thursday, April 2, 2015, in his residence. He was 57. Jim was born April 12, 1957, in Sharon, a son of David L. and Helen (Malia) Butler. He was a 1975 graduate of Sharpsville High School and worked in the construction field for the past 20 years. He was a member of St. Bartholomew Church, Sharpsville. Jim was an outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Surviving are: a brother, David M. Butler and his wife Diane; and a nephew, Thomas D. Butler, all Sharpsville; and a niece, Suzanne Bradburn and her husband Charles, Athens, Ga. Jim was preceded in death by his parents. Calling hours: None. Service: Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Tuesday (4-7-15) in St. Bartholomew Church, Sharpsville, with the Rev. Joseph Campbell as celebrant. Interment: St. Mary's Cemetery, Hermitage.
