Jack T. Tubb of 3785 Quaker Circle, Hermitage, passed away peacefully at 12:35 a.m. Friday (4-26-13) in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System after an extended illness. He was 60. Mr. Tubb was born March 8, 1953, in Warren, Ohio, a son of Jack C. and Nancy Elizabeth Simpson Tubb. He attended Sharon schools. Jack retired in 1993 from Mercer County Area Agency on Aging, for which he was a van driver for 15 years. Previously he had worked at Wheatland Tube Co. Jack enjoyed his family and riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his mother, Nancy E. Tubb, Sharon; three daughters, Mary Elizabeth Tubb, Sharon; Samantha S. Tubb, Hermitage; and Elizabeth A. Reimold and her husband Derek, Greenville; his best friend, Freddy Hassan, Sharon; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and several uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and a daughter, Angelic Tubb. Calling hours: 3 p.m. to time of service Monday (4-29-13) in J. BRADLEY McGONIGLE FUNERAL HOME and CREMATORY Inc., 1090 E.
