Hunter W. Moss

Hunter W. Moss, 24, of Hermitage, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Saturday evening, June 27, 2026, in the emergency room of Sharon Regional Medical Center.

Hunter was born on January 17, 2002, in Sharon, a son of William E. and Joyce A. (Merwin) Moss, and attended Sharpsville Schools.

Hunter was currently working as a salesclerk at Tobacco For Less in Sharon.

He enjoyed gaming, computer programming, and photography.

Hunter will be dearly missed by his mother, Joyce, of Hermitage; his father, William (Melissa), of West Middlesex; his paternal grandmother, Susan Moss, of West Middlesex; four sisters, Ashley Moss, of Warren, OH, Alicia Fabian, of Farrell, Summer Peters (Joel), of Sharpsville, and Kaylee Long, of West Middlesex; a brother, Matthew Moss (Alyssa Thomas), of Transfer, an uncle, Paul Moss (Maribeth), of Hubbard, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his maternal grandparents, Patricia Hanks and John Merwin; and paternal grandfather, William Moss; Hunter was preceded in death by his brother, Dustin Chesmer.

Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday (7-2-26) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon.
