Helen Andrusky, John XXIII Home for Senior Citizens, Hermitage, and formerly of Farrell, passed away on Sunday (5-16-10) at 8:30 p.m. in the home following a lengthy illness. She was 84.

She was born April 7, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio the daughter of Vasel and Katie Laszok Washinka.

A homemaker, she was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Hermitage and it's Dorcus Society.

She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Her husband Martin 'Mutts' Andrusky whom she married on November22, 1947, passed away on August 15, 1985.

She is survived by her three sons, Martin Andrusky and his wife Debbie, Hermitage, Duane Andrusky and his wife Joan, Farrell, and John Andrusky and his wife Sandra, Sharon. She will be sadly missed by her 4 grandchildren, Daniel, Keith, Lindsey, and Lauren Andrusky.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Sophie Nagy, and Ann Kelley, and one brother, John Washinka.
