Obituary
Hadee G. Gregory of 1968 Custer Orangeville Rd. Masury, formerly of Sharpsville. Passed away at 11:45 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2011 in her residence with her family by her side. She was 85.
Mrs. Gregory was born in Copen, WV on October 29, 1925, a daughter of James and Elizabeth Metheney Baker.
Hadee was a homemaker for most of her life. She was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed talking on the phone to friends and family and especially watching game shows on television.
Her first husband, Frank C. Kirila, whom she married May 6, 1944, passed away October 9, 1963. Hadee's second husband, Earl Gregory Jr., whom she married in October of 1964, passed away in September 1, 1995.
Survivors include: 5 children, Shirley and her husband Walt Jessup, whom Hadee made her home with in Masury, OH, Kathleen and her husband Bruce Thomas of West Middlesex, PA, Frank and his wife Paula Kirila of Masury, OH, Karen and her husband Kevin Hannah of Chandler, AZ, and Edward and his wife Lynne Kirila of Concord, NH; 2 step children, Earl III and his wife Rosemary Gregory of Hermitage, PA, and Caryn and her husband Billy Stalcup of Magnolia, TX; 9 grandchildren, Johanna and her husband Robert Banks, Victoria and her husband Christopher Malone, Walt Jr. and his wife Marie, Michael J. Kostik, Kristin Kostik, Kelly Kostik, Melissa Hannah, Michael Tomek, and Allison Tomek; 4 Step Grandchildren, Earl Gregory IV, Prudence Jorden, Nicole Standley, and Bobby Schweiss; 14 great grandchildren, Calena, Kristian, Nicole, Amanda, Nicholas, Antonio, Dominic, Siena, Karlee, Keegan, Tabatha, Sara, Amanda, Kaylee; 6 step great grandchildren, Jessica, Tyler, Cooper, Jillian, Evan, and !
Deborah; a grandson-in-law, Mark Hannuksela; a granddaughter-in-law, Cheryl Hassel.
Besides her parents and two husbands, Hadee was preceded in death by, 2 grandchildren, Michelle Hannuksela and William Hassel Jr.; 2 brothers, Hale and James Foster Baker; a sister Mabel Webb.
Calling hours will be from 1 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 1090 E. State St. Sharon.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Matthew Kujawski, pastor of St. Bartholomew's Church, Sharpsville.
