Gladys Reinhart Redmond D'Amore, 17 Cathedral Drive, Farrell, Pa. passed away unexpectedly at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday (5-8-10) at her residence. She was 77.
She was born on November 12, 1932 in Greenville, Pa., the daughter of Harry Alton and Anna Mae Black Reinhart.
A lifelong resident of Mercer County, she attended a one room school house while growing up in Greenville.
She was a homemaker who found her greatest joy when surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her husband Leopold D'Amore passed away on January 22, 1982.
She leaves her daughter, Carol Baumgartner of Youngstown, 5 sons, Donald Redmond and his wife Tina, Sharpsville, Gary Redmond and his companion Terri, Franklin, Michael Redmond and his wife Sandy, Dennis Redmond and his wife Liana, all of Hermitage, Leopold D'Amore Jr. and his wife Marcia, Sharpsville. She also leaves a daughter in law, Dianne Martin, Sharon; her step children, Kenny D'Amore, Uniontown, Thomas D'Amore, Hermitage, David D'Amore and his wife Noreen, Columbus, Kathy Turjanica and her husband Michael, also of Uniontown, 19 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; four sisters, Elizabeth Cotton, Greenville, Alice Pryzbylski, Florida, Peggy Jennings and her husband Hugh, Georgia, one brother John Reinhart, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Timothy Robert Martin, three grandsons, James Kent, Ryan Redmond and Todd Martin, two sisters, Rebecca Reinhart and Mary Collins, five brothers, Elton, Earl, Joseph, Clifford, and Carl Richard Reinhart.
