Gerald "Jerry" Anthony Splitstone, of Greenville, passed away peacefully at 3:00 am, Tuesday (9-22-15) in his home. He was 59. Jerry was born June 4, 1956, in Farrell, a son of Carl Ellsworth and Jennie Teresa Caputo. For many years he owned and operated Jerry's Towing, Greenville. A simple man, Jerry enjoyed racing, hunting, and wrestling. He is survived by: his wife, Becky, whom he married October 14, 1995; two daughters, Victoria Lynn Scott, Greenville; and Stacy Marie Splitstone, Meadville; two sons, Gerald Anthony Splitstone II and his wife Kristina, Transfer; and Kevin Allen Splitstone and his wife Nicki, Fredonia; a sister, Donna McConnell, Hubbard, Ohio; three step-sisters, Linda Clinger Clary, Sandra Clinger, and Sherry Clinger Urey, all of Hermitage; his former wife, April Budetich, OH; and five grandchildren, Trevor Splitstone, Fredonia; Kylie Splitstone, Transfer; Gerald Anthony Splitstone III, Sharon; Samantha Harris, Farrell; and Ryan Harris, Farrell. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; his step-mother, Iva Clinger Splitstone; and grandson Gerald Brian McCutcheon. There will be no calling hours or services. Arrangements by the J.
