Frederick "Fred" Arthur Lange, Jr., 66, of Hubbard, OH, formerly of West Middlesex, PA, passed away on March 15, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born on September 26, 1958, to the late Fred and Shirley (Garrett) Lange, Fred grew up in West Middlesex and was a 1976 graduate of West Middlesex High School. He then attended Edinboro University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business and accounting. He eventually moved to Hubbard, where he and his wife Lucy raised their family. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who embodied kindness, strength and unwavering support for those he loved.
Fred spent his career in sales, taking great pride in his work. He had a special talent for connecting with people and never missed an opportunity to point out homes where he had installed windows and siding, a lasting testament to his dedication. Beyond work, he was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and a passionate supporter of Hubbard athletics, cheering on his children as they grew. His loyal dog, Graycee was always by his side.
Known for the ever-present smirk on his face, Fred had a way of making those around him feel at ease. His warmth and quiet humor left an impression on everyone who knew him.
Fred is survived by his loving wife, Lucy; his children, Mike Lozinski, Heather (Zack) Gray, and Brittany (Darren) Watson; his grandchildren, Cooper and Archer; and his sisters, Connie Lange, Kathleen Smith, and Mary Anne (Anthony) Russo.
