Frank 'Tim' Spanbauer, Marylane Dr., Hermitage, passed away in his residence at 3:35pm Sunday, July 22, 2012, after an extended illness, surrounded by his family. He was 70.
He was born March 15, 1942 in McKeesport, a son of Francis W. and Thelma P. Kwolek Spanbauer.
He was a 1960 graduate of Glassport High School.
He worked as a senior manager for Beneficial Finance in Hermitage for 42 years, retiring in 1996. He had previously co-owned Freedom Finance in Hermitage from 1999 to 2005.
Tim was a kind and loving man who will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, the former Linda K. Florenz, whom he married November 19, 1966.
He also leaves behind a son, Timothy Spanbauer and his wife Vicki, of Winter Haven, FL; two brothers; Gerald Spanbauer and his wife Christine, and John Spanbauer and his wife Susan, both of McKeesport; and two sisters; Elaine Sapienza and her husband Joseph, of McKeesport and Lorraine Gradle and her husband Richard of Raleigh, NC.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
