Frank Testani, III, of Sharon was reunited with the Lord and his parents on Sunday afternoon, April 8, 2018, when passed away peacefully in his sleep at home. He was 62.
Frank was born June 9, 1955, in Sharon, a son of Frank Testani, Jr. and Dorothy (Hinkle) Testani Schmidt. He attended Sacred Heart Parochial Grade School and was a 1973 graduate of Sharon High School. Frank was a diesel mechanic at PI&I Motor Express, Sharon; and retired from Yourga Trucking, Wheatland after working there more than 25 years.
He was a member of the Am Vets, Post #290, Vienna, OH; the American Legion, Post #299, Sharon; the Saxon Club, Farrell; the Polish National Alliance bowling league at Thorton Hall Lanes, Sharon; and the Sharpsville Pin Heads bowling league at Sharpsville Bowling Center. Frank devoted over 25 years at the Patagonia Little League, as an umpire and coach.
He is survived by his wife, the former Rita Pickens; two daughters, Heather Armstrong Messiah (Bryant), Pittsburgh; and Gretchen Testani, Sharon; three grandchildren, Miriam, Byron and Sara Messiah; six siblings, Martha Clark (James), Sharpsville; Teresa Dill (Tom), Sharon; Bruce Testani and his fiancé Deborah Dotson, Niles, OH; JoAnn Testani, Farrell; Paula Fennell (Perry), Masury, OH; and Kathy Testani and her companion David Pickens; and several nieces and nephews.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family or a charity of the donor's choice.
A time to celebrate Frank's life will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday ( 04/13/2018 ) in Grace Chapel Church, 4075 Lamor Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148 .
