Obituary

Frances E. Lozier Meszaros, Cathedral Drive, Farrell, passed away unexpectedly at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday (1/31/12) in Cleveland Clinic. She was 74.

Frances was born July 8, 1937 in Ivydale, West Virginia the daughter of Asbury and Callie Belle May Starcher.

She attended school in Harrisville, PA. She was a homemaker and also worked for over 20 years as a bar maid at several establishments in the Shenango Valley.

She was a member of the Moose Club and the VFW both Farrell. She enjoyed playing bingo and gambling. She liked cooking and volunteered her talents at the Prince of Peace, the Croatian Club and the Moose Club, all Farrell.

Her husband, Allen Livingston Lozier, whom she married April 28, 1973, passed away on May 27, 1974.

She is survived by her second husband, James C. Meszaros, whom she married May 17, 2011.

Also surviving are four daughters, Gloria 'Sissy' Hendrix and her husband Tony, Lancaster, KY, Benalee Welsh, WV, Sherry Moran, Ocala, FL, Michelle McGee and her husband Michael, West Middlesex; four sons, Dale Kinney, Lantana, FL, Charles Kinney, Butler, PA, Michael Shank, Sharon and David Paddgett, NC; one sister, Marie Grahm and her husband Garnett, Lake Placid, FL; two brothers, Ray Starcher and his wife Shirley, Butler, PA and Franklin Starcher, Slippery Rock, PA; two step children; Cheryl Sailar and her husband Bill, Pulaski, PA and James 'Sonny' Meszaros, Jr. and his wife Diane, Sharon; 23 grandchildren ? among them Cara, Jena, Briana and Allena LaCamera and Jared Wroblewski; 22 great grandchildren; six step grandchildren and nine step great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her first husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Clement(s) and Hester Reed; four brothers, Buddy, Wilbur, Ernest and Lewis Starcher, and one step great grandson, Shawn Sailar.

Calling hours: will be from 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday February 7, 2012 in the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State Street, Sharon.

Memorial Service: will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 in the funeral home with Rev. Dominic Verdell, Associate Pastor of Grace Chapel Community Church.
