Florence E. "Flo" Johnston, 92, of Neshannock Twp. passed away the morning of Monday, July 4, 2016, at her residence.

Florence was born on June 4, 1924 to the late Edward D. and Elizabeth Krueger Fee.

Florence was a 1942 graduate of New Castle High School. On December 26, 1945 she married the love of her life, Robert D. Johnston and he preceded her in death on November 6, 2012.

Florence was a member of St. Camillus Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Elaine (Rick) Palumbo, and Marleen (Ed) McQuiston of New Castle; a son Darry (Sherry) Johnston of New Castle; three sisters, Mary Louise Pizoli of Buckhannon, West Virginia; Edyce Burkes of New Castle; and Beth Ann Cole, of Wexford; two brothers, Daniel Fee of New Castle; and David Fee of Brentwood, California; ten grandchildren; and twenty five great grandchildren.

Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Maureen Bradford; five sisters, Marjorie Jones, Geraldine Snyder, Vivian Jones, Carol Shaffer, and Cookie Mangino; two brothers, Donald and Richard Fee.

Calling hours will be 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, 111 W. Falls St.

A procession will leave the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 7, 2016, for St. Camillus Church where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10;30 a.m. by the Rev. James Downs. Entombment will be in Castle View Memorial Gardens.
