Florence Caroline Godsave

Florence Caroline Godsave, 75, of Sharpsville, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, in UMPC Passavant Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Ms. Godsave was born on August 4, 1951, in Sharon, a daughter of the late Francis and Rose (Trebus) Yavorsky. She was a 1969 graduate of Sharpsville High School.

She was a longtime employee of D’Onofrio’s Food Center in Hermitage, where she was in charge of the computer room, ads and pricing. Previously, Florence worked at Truck World in Hubbard, Ohio.

She is survived by her daughter, Clarisse Miracle and her husband, Erik, of Burghill, OH; her beloved granddaughter, Alivia; two sisters, Rosemary Totten, of Hermitage, and Susan Yavorsky, of Washington; two brothers, Steven Yavorsky, of Ohio, and Thomas Yavorsky and his wife, Pam, of Greenville; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Florence was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Mellott; an infant sister, Helen Patricia Yavorsky; and two brothers, Francis Jr. and William Yavorsky.

Calling hours will be 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday (10/21/2026) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 East State St., Sharon.

Funeral service will immediately follow at 6 p.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home, with Rev. Anthony Kladitis officiating.
