Elizabeth E. Bucciarelli, 82, of Farrell, passed away Wednesday evening, January 15, 2025, in Hermitage Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Liz was born on November 23, 1942, in Sharon, a daughter of the late Robert and Alice (Elliot) Berwing Stafford, and graduated from Sharon High School in 1961.

For many years, she worked as a caregiver at Orange Village Care Center, Masury, OH, and later worked in a similar capacity at Nugent's Convalescent Home, Hermitage.

Liz was of the Baptist faith, and in years past, enjoyed knitting and spending time outdoors camping and fishing. More recently, she enjoyed watching a variety of law enforcement or crime-inspired television shows.

Liz is survived by her daughter, Pattie Weiser, Farrell; two sisters, Diane Bartholomew, Kennerdell, PA, and Shirley Hunt, Transfer, PA; three grandchildren, Kali Gearhart (James), and Jordan Weiser and Colton Weiser; three great-grandchildren, Nolan Pomponio, Hunter Gearhart, and Bella Gearhart; and two dear friends, Jeanne Ulica and Becky Geisel.

In addition to her parents, Liz was preceded in death by a son, Edward Tremmel, and a sister, Marilyn Burrows.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday (1-23-25) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon.

A memorial service will immediately follow at 3 p.m. Thursday, in the funeral home, with Pastor Mike Sabella, officiating.
