Edward Alan Tremmel, Hermitage, passed away at 8:22 p.m. Wednesday (2-24-16) in St. Elizabeth's Medical Center,Youngstown.  He was 51.

He was born on October 8, 1964 in Farrell, Pa., the son of Albert and Elizabeth Berwing Tremmel.

He was raised in Farrell and graduated from Farrell High School in 1982.

Ed was an electrician by trade and received his formal training at ITT Technical Institute, Youngstown.

He worked for JMC Steel Group in their Wheatland Tube plant for several years.

Ed enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also like to cook and was a fan of the food Network and food shows.

He leaves his three daughters, Kali Marie Tremmel and her fiancé James A Gearhart Jr. both of West Middlesex, Alaina M. and Olivia J. Tremmel, Hermitage, his mother, Elizabeth E Bucciarelli, his sister, Patricia Weiser, Farrell, and a grandson, Nolan Pomponio, West Middlesex.

He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Tremmel.

Private services were held. Local funeral arrangements were by the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. 1090 E. State St. Sharon.
