Donna M. Walsh of 22 W. Clen Moore Blvd. New Castle, formerly of Cover Rd. passed away at 9:25 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 in White Cliff Nursing Home. She was 80.

Mrs. Walsh was born March 21, 1931 in Lakewood, OH a daughter of Dan and Lucille Bradley Henderson.

She was a graduate of Eastbrook High School. Following high school she was employed as a secretary for Johnson Bronze Company.

Donna was a member of St. Camillus Church, where she sang in the choir. She was very fond of animals, in her younger years she would travel to show horses at many different events. Donna enjoyed listening to big band music and when she was unable to attend church she would watch church programs on television. She enjoyed going out to eat with her family, and most importantly she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Her husband, Richard E. 'Knobby' Walsh, whom she married July 5, 1958, passed away on March 4, 2004.

Donna is survived by, 2 sons, Daniel L. and his wife Kim Walsh of Sharpsville, and David R. Walsh of New Castle; a sister, Jane Larabee of Seattle, WA; 3 grandchildren, Kourtney, Daniel, and Travis; a niece Jennifer of Seattle, WA.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 31, 2011 in St. Camillus Church with the Rev. Thomas J. Lewandowski.

Internment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, New Castle.
