Diane L. Fortuna, Hermitage, passed away at 10:10 p.m. Friday (7-24-15), in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System following a brief illness. She was 66. Diane was born February 24, 1949, in Ellwood City. One of five children to Robert and Marian Dambaugh Coup. She graduated from Hickory High School, class of 1967. She was a seamstress, she loved knitting and crocheting and she made draperies for Knott's Interior's in Hermitage for several years. Diane was a member of the Hickory VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She will be remembered as a very giving and generous person who would help anyone who needed it. She is survived by her mother, fiancé Richard Serafin; daughter, Heather Fortuna, Verona, PA; three sisters, Darlene Strohbeck, and her husband Mark, Houston TX, Debra Turjan and her husband Tim, Hartford, OH, Doreen Bodien and her husband John, O'fallon, IL; brother Dennis Coup and his wife Angie, Hermitage; and several nieces and nephews. Diane was preceded in death by her father. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. In keeping with Diane's wishes there will be no calling hours or service. Arrangements by the J.
