Dennis K. Driscoll, 86, of Hermitage passed away early Sunday morning, March 31, 2024, at his home.

Mr. Driscoll was born March 16, 1938, in Greenville, a son of the late John and Dorothy (Keelan) Driscoll. A 1956 graduate of St. Michael High School, Greenville, he attended Slippery Rock University and earned a bachelor's in education from Youngstown State University.

As an educator, coach, and mentor, Dennis spent several years at St. Michael High School, Greenville, Reynolds High School, Greenville, and Hickory High School, Hermitage.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 67 years, Marcia (Cheza) Driscoll, Hermitage; two sons, Dennis Driscoll, Longmont, CO, and Matthew Driscoll (Beth), Carlsbad, CA; a brother, Robert Driscoll (Peggy), Cleveland, OH; seven grandchildren, Michael Driscoll, Kelleigh Driscoll, Marisa Scott, Annie Driscoll, Carter Driscoll, Grace Driscoll, four great-grandchildren, Paige, Ethan, Leland, and Keelan; and one great-great-granddaughter, Emersyn.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, online at stjude.org/give.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by a daughter, Marcia Driscoll; a grandson, John Scott; and two brothers, Jack and Michael Driscoll.

Memorial Mass will be immediately following at 11:30 a.m., in the church, with Rev. Richard Allen, as celebrant.
