Delores "Jean" Pedder, 89, of Marienville, PA passed away peacefully Friday afternoon, March 22, 2024, in Quality of Life Services, New Castle.

Mrs. Pedder was born September 5, 1934, in North Huntingdon, PA, a daughter of the late Frank and Alice (McFadden) Bugajski.

Primarily a homemaker, Jean dedicated her life to caring for her husband, family, and their home. She also worked several secretarial jobs throughout her life.

Her husband of 58 years, Alfred Norman Pedder, whom she married on May 7, 1955, preceded her in death August 22, 2013.

Jean is survived by five daughters, Karen Pierce (Mark), of Fairfax, VA, Cynthia Hamilton, of New Castle, Tammy Root (Ruel, III), of Titusville, PA, Renee Bauer (Tony), of Beech Grove, IN, and Lisa Wilson (Erik), of St. Clair Shores, MI; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Frank Bugajski, Jr. (Bobbi Ann), East McKeesport, PA.

In addition to her husband and parents, Jean was preceded in death by two sisters, Marilyn Nagel and Frances Mae Ekl; and a brother, James Bugajski.

Jean will be dearly missed by all who loved her.

The family would like to thank the staff of Quality of Life Services, New Castle, for their love, kindness, and care to ensure Jean's final days were the best they could be.

In keeping with Jean's wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
