Debra Jean Curry-Carroll, 69, of New Castle passed away Wednesday morning, March 26, 2025, in UPMC Jameson Hospital, New Castle.

Mrs. Curry-Carroll was born August 5, 1955, in New Castle, a daughter of the late George and Lois (Courson) Curry. A 1973 New Castle High School graduate, she earned a degree in Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University in 1977.

Debra worked at the former Shenango China, New Castle, and then at Office Personal Management, Boyers, PA.

She was a member at New Covenant Evangelical Presbyterian Church, New Castle.

Debra enjoyed cooking and decorating for any time of the year, especially around the holidays.

Her husband, John Carroll, whom she married on October 22, 1988, survives at home.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Shasheena Carroll, Pittsburgh; and a son, Varian Carroll, New Castle.

In keeping with Debra's wishes there will be no calling hours or a service.

Interment: Graceland Cemetery, Neshannock Township.
