Dawn E. "Lanie" Bugher, Lake Road, Jefferson Township, passed away at 1 p.m. Saturday (3-14-15). She was 58. She was born Jan. 14, 1957, in Sharon, the daughter of Edward F. and Mary L. Woodman Mansell. A lifelong area resident, she was a 1974 graduate of Sharon High School. Lanie was employed for the past seven years as a dispatcher at Yourga Trucking Co., Wheatland. Previously she worked as a dispatcher at Arrow Trucking, Masury. She was a member of Grace Chapel Community Church, Hermitage. Lanie loved animals and was a supporter of the Mercer County Humane Society. She is survived by: a son, Paul J. "P.J." Voland and his wife, Lynn, and their two sons, Johnathon and Jeffery Voland, North Jackson; a sister; Valerie Offie, Sharpsville; two brothers, Charles Commons and his wife Jean, Canfield, and Ronald Mansell, Sharon. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Monte Mansell. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Mercer County Humane Society, 3005 E.
