David Mines, Sr., 85, of Wheatland, passed away Friday, March 15, 2019, in his home.

Mr. Mines was born April 17, 1933, in Youngstown, OH, a son of the late John and Caroline (Norris) Mines. He retired as a skilled welder after numerous years in the trade.

David will be missed by his family which includes three daughters, Sheri McCoy, of Youngstown, Gail Lockhart, of Farrell and Natasha Mines Brodie, of Sharon; six grandchildren, Rosmine, Stacia, Ryan, Terrence, Derrick and Brian; and seven great grandchildren, whom he shared a special love, Dana, Ahmari, Derrick, Amor, Bryson, Ashlyn and Arya.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his wife, the former Geneva Bridges, whom he married March 28, 1970, may they RIP together.

All services are private.

Interment: Morefield Cemetery, Hermitage.
