Dale Scott Vaughn of Lake Latonka passed away at
9:30 a.m.
Wednesday, September 27, 2017, in the intensive care unit of Sharon Regional Health System. He was 86.
Mr. Vaughn was born March 16, 1931, in Youngstown, a son of Edmond and Helen (Huff) Scott. He was a graduate of Tunkhannock (PA) High School and served in the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Army Reserves. Dale retired as a tour bus driver from Anderson Coach and Tours, Greenville. He loved playing the organ and enjoyed golfing, fishing and taking his family on boat rides.
Surviving are: his wife, Twila Mae (Keifer) Vaughn, at home; a daughter, Sandy and her husband Troy Myers, Homosassa, FL; six grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; three step-sons, Don Kelly and his wife Beth, Conneaut Lake; Duane Kelly, Hermitage; and Dave Kelly, Mercer; two step grandchildren; and two step-great grandchildren.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents; his step-father; his first wife, Marge (Doutt) Vaughn; and a son, Scott Vaughn.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Disabled Veterans National Foundation,

; or to a charity of the donor's choice. There are no calling hours.
A private memorial service was held in the Sharon Baptist Church, Hermitage.
Interment: Morefield Cemetery, Hermitage.
