Clayton S. Perry, III, 60, formerly a longtime resident of Warren, OH, passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday morning, June 4, 2025, following a brief battle with cancer.

Clay was born May 7, 1965, in Warren, OH, a son of Clayton S. Perry, II and Julie L. Richardson.

He loved animals and always enjoyed being a part of any activity, particularly swimming, fishing, or simply spending time with family. A collector of matchbox cars, Clay always looked forward to adding to his collection and finding hand-picked treasures at the flea market. He also looked forward to a good cup of coffee and his next road trip adventure.

Clay is survived by his mother, Julia, of West Middlesex; five siblings, William Perry, Dewie Perry, Becky Fenton, Amy Thomas (Andy), and Shannon Roupe; numerous nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Clay was preceded in death by his father, Clayton Perry, II; and maternal grandmother, Violet Richardson.

In keeping with his wishes, all services were held privately.

Interment: Pineview Memorial Park, Warren, OH.
