Clara A Gregg, 80, of Sharon, PA passed away Thursday morning, November 17, 2022, in Sharon Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Gregg was born March 10, 1942, in Sharon, a daughter of the late Charles Dickens and Katherine Ann (Hoch) Maloney and attended Sharon High School.

For 30 years, Clara worked as a waitress at the Sharon Hotdog Shop.

Clara enjoyed playing Bingo and scrapbooking. Her door was always open for those who needed some extra love and support. While working as a waitress, Clara often made it a point to buy breakfast for those who were in need of a meal and would take anyone in who needed a warm place to stay for the night.

Her husband of 45 years, David E. Gregg, whom she married August 18,1973, preceded her in death July 23,2019.

Clara is survived by two sons, John R. Gregg, of Cleveland, and William H. Gregg and his wife, Mary Ellen, of Myrtle Beach, SC; three daughters, Judy Gregg and her fiancé, Anthony Perrine, of Brookfield, Diane Jones and her husband, Tom, of Sharon, and Anna Marie Duncan and her husband, Scott, also of Sharon; 14 grandchildren, including Alyssa Gregg, whom she and her husband raised; and 14 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Clara was preceded in death by a son, Charles C. Cummings.

In keeping with Clara's wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
