Christopher M. Ferencik of Sharon passed away at 9:40 a.m.  Sunday, July 9, 2017. He was 44.

Chris was born December 19, 1972, in Sharon, a son of Michael and Sheryl (Squatritio) Ferencik. He was a 1991 graduate of Sharon High School and attended Point Park University and Youngstown State University.

Chris had a passion for acting and theatre; he performed with many playhouses, auditioned for broadway in 1996 and did a commercial for Tag Deodorant. Most of all he cherished his time spent with his children.

He is survived by his two sons, Coltin and Cooper Ferencik; and his father, Michael Ferencik and his companion, Sandy McFarland, Sharpsville.

Chris was preceded in death by his mother and his sister, Shannon Montgomery.
