Cheryl Marie Joseph

Cheryl Marie Joseph, 67, of Sharon, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Ms. Joseph was born on May 7, 1958, in Sharon, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Dolores (Bole) Uretta. A lifelong area resident, she was a 1975 graduate of Sharon High School.

A devoted homemaker, she actively supported her children in their activities and coached many of their sports teams. Cheryl was also a music lover, especially Phil Collins. Additionally, she had a soft spot for pets, especially cats.

She is survived by five children, April Gordon and her husband, Bobby, of Savannah, GA, Scott Joseph and his wife, Jaime, of Savannah, GA, Erin Musgrove and her husband, Ron, of Youngstown, OH, Sarah Murray and her husband, Tim, of Hermitage, and Andrew Joseph, of Youngstown, OH; three grandchildren, Conner and Dylan Gordon, and Johnathan Joseph; and two siblings, Phil Uretta, of Hermitage, and Larry Uretta, of Red Oak, TX.

There are no services. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Shenango Valley Animal Shelter, 2599 Broadway Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148.
