Charlotte J. (Luba) Christello of Farrell, passed away following a brief illness on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System. She was 82.
Mrs. Christello was born June 8, 1934, in Canonsburg, PA, the daughter of Edward M. Luba and Ida Wojnowski Luba.
She was a 1952 graduate of Sharon High School. Charlotte was a beautician in her home while raising her family.
She also owned a craft store with her daughter for many years in Hermitage, Denise's Handmade Treasures.
Charlotte was a member of St. Adalbert's Church, Farrell.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, making polish and Italian food, baking, knitting, crocheting, and participating and attending craft shows.
Surviving are: her daughter, Denise DePizzo, Hermitage; a son, Frank Christello and his wife Amy, Fairport, NY; four grandchildren, Nicole Lopez and her husband Andres, New Wilmington; Gabrielle, Sophia and Marc Christello, Fairport, NY; two great grandchildren, Maura and Dominic Lopez.
In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Christello, whom she married on April 30, 1955; as well as her brother, Edward Luba.

Funeral Mass will be noon, Saturday, January 21, 2017, in St. Adalberts Church, Farrell, with Rev. Joseph Campbell, pastor, as celebrant.
Entombment in St. Rose Mausoleum.
