Charles Pennick, 68, of Sharon, passed away unexpectedly in his residence Monday August 8, 2022.

Mr. Pennick was born February 12, 1954, in Pittsburgh, raised by his parents Louis and Helen Gorga.

Charles was an avid fisherman.  He enjoyed fishing local lakes and rivers in the Shenango Valley.  He also liked telling jokes and cooking.

He is survived by his three sons, Adam Pennick, Coraopolis, PA, Jesse Pennick, Clinton, PA, and Zachary Pennick, Ft. Bragg, NC; a sister, Kathy (Kerry) Breitenbach, Surprise AZ; a brother, J. Rick Pennick (Judy), Carnegie PA; and former spouse, Brenda Pennick.

In addition to his parents, Charles is preceded in death by two sisters, Grace Crewl and Patricia Ruby and his former wife Sharyn Kraus Pennick.
