Bryan M. Joseph

Bryan M. Joseph, 68, of Hermitage, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Wednesday afternoon, September 23, 2026, in Jameson Nursing and Rehab.

Mr. Joseph was born on July 11, 1958, in Sharon, a son of the late Alfred J. and Ella M. (Rearick) Joseph. A 1976 graduate of Kennedy Christian High School in Hermitage, he later earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Gannon University in Erie, PA, in 1980.

For several years, Bryan owned and operated Joseph’s Paint and Decorating. He was a hard worker who took great pride in his business and in providing for his family.

Bryan married the love of his life, Jamie A. (McNamara) Joseph, on April 14, 1984, and she preceded him in death on March 19, 2003. Family meant everything to Bryan. The love he had for his wife and children remained at the center of his life.

When he wasn’t working, Bryan loved to golf – a passion he was able to share with his son.

Above all else, Bryan was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. His family will remember his kindness, sense of humor, and his unwavering willingness to always be there for them. His absence will be deeply felt, but the family finds comfort in knowing he is once again with Jamie.

Bryan is survived by his son, Bryan M. Joseph, II (Missy), of Moon Twp., PA; his daughter, Lauren Garrett (Dylan), of Sharon; two grandsons, Jordy and Colby Joseph; a granddaughter, Logan Garrett; four brothers, Dr. Alfred Joseph (Judy), of Hermitage, Ronald Joseph (Carol), of Wexford, PA, Dr. David Joseph (Colleen), of Hermitage, and Joseph Joseph (Lori), of Clark, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In keeping with his wishes, all services will be held privately amongst family.
