Brenda Ann Keller, 63, of New Castle passed away early Wednesday morning, August 28, 2024, following a 19-year battle with kidney disease.

Brenda was born December 10, 1960, in New Castle, a daughter of the late Harry Keller, Jr. and Janice A. (Lenhart) Keller. After attending New Castle High School, she earned an associate's degree in restaurant management at Butler Community College.

Brenda managed Lakeside Restaurant located in Moraine State Park and later worked in the same capacity for Ponderosa in Connecticut.

Although a diabetic under dialysis care for 19 years, Brenda maintained her artistic spirit and continued crafting and making wreaths even after losing her sight.

Brenda is survived by a sister, Karin McIltrot (Gregory), of New Castle; and a brother, Ron Keller, of Wexford, PA.

In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by a daughter, Michele Keller; an infant brother, Michael; paternal grandparents, Harry E. and Katherine (Menning) Keller; and maternal grandparents, Michael and Betty (Tomski) Lenhart.

Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday (8-31-24) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 111 W. Falls St., New Castle.

A funeral service will be held immediately following at 1 p.m. Saturday, in the funeral home, with Deacon John Carran, officiating.

Interment: Oak Park Cemetery, Neshannock Twp.
