Barbel Bruch, 3003 Kaitlin Court, Hermitage, PA; formerly of New York, NY, passed away at 9 a.m. Sunday (4-3-11) in her residence. She was 74.

Barbel was born August 14, 1936 in Breslav, Germany a daughter of Waldemar Wilhelm Oskar and Charlotte Erna Jantke Bruch.

She was educated in Germany and moved to the United States in 1959.

Barbel retired in 2000 from Delta Air Lines where she was a flight attendant for ten years. She was previously a flight attendant for Pan American World Airways for 30 years and a member of the Benevolent Association of Retired Pan American Flight Attendants. Barbel loved animals.

Surviving are: a sister, Sonja Schwentel, Germany; and many friends, including, Carol and Ray Deller, Grove City, PA.

Barbel was preceded in death by her parents.
