Ashley Marie Scharba, 27, of Sharon lost her battle on Monday evening, December 3, 2018, in the emergency room of Sharon Regional Medical Center.

Ashley was born July 2, 1991, in Sharon, a daughter of Kevin D. Scharba and Kim Brooks.

Ashley loved spending time with her children, especially taking them to Buhl Park in Hermitage and local playgrounds to have fun together. She also enjoyed crafting with her children and recently created a holiday gingerbread house with her son, James.

A talented vocalist, she loved singing and listening to music.  She had a beautiful spirit that always had a smile and a laugh for everyone.

Ashley leaves behind a son, James Durman IV; a daughter, Mia Middleton;  her father, Kevin (Elaina) Scharba, Kane, PA; her mother, Kim Brooks, Sharon; grandparents, David Scharba, Hartford, OH, Patti Bulick, Sharon, and Janice Scharba, Hermitage, PA; five brothers, Tyler and Callan Scharba, of Plum, PA, Kevin Jr. and Kane Scharba, of Kane, PA, and Nicholas Bochy, of Sharon. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ashley was preceded in death by her grandfather, Mike Bulick; and maternal grandmother, Valerie Brooks.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Boys and Girls Club, 2015 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown, OH 44507.

There will be no service or calling hours, the family asks that you remember Ashley in your own special way.
