Anton Franz Fellner of Hermitage passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 2, 2017, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was 25.
Anton was born December 2, 1991, in Sharon, a son of Walter Fellner and Sue McNally Fellner. He was a 2010 graduate of Hickory High School, where he excelled as a linebacker and was a regional all-star on the football team.
He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Slippery Rock University in Safety Management, and was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma.
He was employed by UtiliCon Solutions, Willow Grove, PA; and previously for Safety Control Technologies, Middleburg Heights, OH.
He enjoyed playing baseball and football, volunteering to help coach midget football camps, spending time with his nieces and nephews, was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan, and was known for having a huge heart.
Surviving are: his father, Walter Fellner, Hermitage; his mother, Sue Fellner, Hubbard, OH; two sisters, Lisa Fellner, Greenville; and Molly Smith, Sharon; maternal grandmother, Margaret Smith, Mercer; his girlfriend, Megan Marley, Hermitage; four nieces and nephews, Alexis Stephens; Quintin Smith; Richy Sharbutt; and Lucas Sharbutt.

Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, January 7, 2017, in the funeral home, with Msgr. Robert Malene, pastor of Church of the Good Shepherd, West Middlesex, as celebrant.
