Anne B. Farkas, 95, of Sharon, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020, in Clepper Manor, Sharon.

Mrs. Farkas was born December 4, 1925, in Farrell, a daughter of the late Antoni and Mary (Szmyd) Wawrzynski. She was a 1943 graduate of Farrell High School.

She was employed in the Golden Dawn warehouse for 5 years before becoming a pharmacy technician. She worked as a pharmacy tech. for 27 years at Sharon Regional Medical Center.

Anne was a member of the former St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Sharon.

She was an avid bowler and also enjoyed gardening and cooking.

In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Steve M. "Pete" Farkas, whom she married June 18, 1949, he passed March 25, 1992; a son, Robert S. Farkas; two sisters, Stella Stefanick, and Sarah Wauzzinski; and two brothers, Chester and Samuel Wazzinski.

Interment: St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Hermitage.
