Annagrace Peluso, 59, of Neshannock Twp. passed away peacefully Sunday evening, January 13, 2019, in her residence, following a courageous battle with ALS.

Mrs. Peluso was born November 11, 1959, in New Castle, a daughter of Jack W. and Patricia J. (McCummins) Carbon. A lifelong area resident, she graduated from Mohawk High School in 1978.

Annagrace worked in the accounting department of Golden Hills Nursing Home, New Castle, for 23 years. She previously worked in the administrative offices of Fisher's Big Wheel, also in New Castle.

Annagrace was a member of St. Vitus Church, New Castle. Her strong, unwavering faith never relented through her long struggle.

She enjoyed spending her vacations at the beach with her family. Annagrace loved spending time with her grandchildren, whom brought so much joy into her life. Her strongest trait was her selfless giving to others.

Her beloved husband, Fredrick "Fred" Peluso, Jr., whom she married September 29, 1984, survives at home.

Annagrace is also survived by her daughter, Courtney (Kurt) McGovern, of Saegertown, PA; her father, Jack W. Carbon, of Edinburg; three sisters, Kathleen McConahy, of Edinburg, Jacquie (Joe) Kozina, of Niagara Falls, Canada, and Marianne Carbon, of Queens, NY; a brother, Micheal (Ann) Carbon, of Hershey, PA; three grandchildren, Maverick, Annabell, and Evelyn McGovern; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Annagrace was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Carbon.

Calling hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday (1-16-19) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 111 W. Falls St., New Castle.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Thursday (1-17-19) in St. Vitus Church, 910 S. Mercer St., New Castle, with Rev. William Siple, parochial vicar, as celebrant.

Interment: St. Lawrence Cemetery, Hillsville.
