Anna "Ann" Wozniak, 87, formerly of Sharpsville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 3, 2020, in her home, surrounded by family.
Ms. Wozniak was born July 27, 1933, in Smock, PA, a daughter of the late John and Maria (Zuscik) Klein.
A devoted homemaker, she began working once her children were grown. She was employed at the former Shenango Inn, Sharon.
Ann was an active member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Sharpsville, where she assisted in preparing for pierogi sales.
She enjoyed making crafts, playing bingo, traveling and going to the casino. In her younger years she liked to golf and go to polka dances with her husband. Above all, her family brought her the most joy.
Her husband, Alex Wozniak, whom she married November 7, 1953, passed away in 1989.
She is survived by three daughters, Denise Buchanan and her husband Rod, of Mercer, Maryanne Willett and her husband Mark, of Austin, TX, and Michaelene Winslow and her husband Curt, of Stoneboro, PA; five grandchildren, Ryan (Elizabeth) Buchanan, Alene Hughes, Shannon (John) Taylor, Alex Willett and his fiancé Kirsten Tedd, and Brandy Curry; and ten great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Ann was preceded in death by five siblings, Michael, Helen, Marge, Mary and Vernie.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, West Ridge Ave., Sharpsville, PA 16150.
All services are private.
Interment: St. Ann's Cemetery, Hermitage.
