Obituary

Anna D. Schuller, Seymour, IN, formerly of Sharon, passed away peacefully of natural causes on Friday (11-25-11) in Schneck Medical Center, Seymour IN. She was 89 years old.

She was born October 17, 1922 in Russelton, PA, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Dohallow; immigrants from Mensk Russia.

She was a member of Hickory High Schools graduating class of 1940.

Anna was highly regarded for her strong work ethic, during WWII she was emplyed at the former Sharon Transformer division of the Westinghouse Electric Corporation. She later gained employment at what is now known as Delphi Packard Electric, Warren, OH, from which she retired in July 1988 after 18 years of service.

Mrs. Schuller was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Sharon. She was an honorary member of theSaxon Society Branch 7, Farrell, since 1948, and she also belonged to the Saxon Club Retirees Association. Anna was an outstanding caring person, a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed life to the fullest. She enjoyed traveling throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. When her children were young she was active as a Girl Scout Leader and Sunday School Teacher.

Her husband Daniel J. Schuller, Jr. whom she married on December 25, 1948, passed away on June 23, 1994.

Surviving her are her two daughters: Kathryn A. Schuller, Andover, OH, and Mary Lou Shollenberger and her husband Robert, Seymour, IN; two grandsons: Mark D. Shollenberger of Carmel, IN, and Rob Shollenberger of Bloomington, IN; two sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, Peter, John, and Carl Dohallow, and two sisters, Mary Ann Rogan, and Clara Trbovich.

Calling hours: 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday (12-5-11) and from 10:30 until the time of service on Tuesday(12-6-11) in the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. 1090 E. State St. Sharon.

Services: A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (12-6-11) in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ronald G. Hartman, pastor of Christ Lutheran Church officiating.

Interment: Morefield Cemetery, Hermitage.
